Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and configure AI agents for production environments.
- Decompose finance workflows into agent skills and determine automation reliability.
- Test, debug, and iterate on agent outputs to identify failures.
- Build integrations and data pipelines between customer ERPs and Adaptive.
- Validate financial outputs and correct logic errors.
- Run onboarding processes through go-live, including training and configuration.
- Document deployments to enhance future efficiency.
Requirements
- AI fluency and hands-on experience with LLMs and agent design.
- Structured thinking about data with expertise in Excel and familiarity with APIs.
- Knowledge of construction finance concepts and ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with construction ERPs like Sage Intacct and Procore is a plus.
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage expectations during deployments.
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity in defining processes.
