Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the GTM lifecycle.
- Evolve automation portfolio from deterministic rules to agentic logic.
- Translate operational problems into scoped, shippable builds.
- Build and scale production automations using platforms like Workato.
- Ensure reliability of shipped products through observability and safe failure paths.
- Design and ship internal applications using AI-native development tools.
- Prototype automation patterns that shape modern revenue team operations.
- Measure work impact through business outcomes and iterate based on data.
- Collaborate with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in building automations, internal tools, or production software.
- Proficiency in coding with languages like Python or TypeScript.
- Experience with AI coding tools and understanding of their application.
- Familiarity with automation platforms and the modern GTM stack.
- Strong commercial instinct and understanding of revenue organization dynamics.
- Ability to build reliable systems with fallback logic and monitoring.
- Curiosity and a builder mindset, favoring prototypes over presentations.
