Base Salary
$172k - $209k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with the organization to create efficient development paths for engineers.
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.
- Develop libraries and tools for service API vetting and microservice interactions.
- Unify internal tooling and vendor services to streamline workflows.
- Innovate across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Establish a culture of continuous quality delivery.
- Build efficient systems that amplify the impact of engineers.
Requirements
- Experience in building developer tools and infrastructure.
- Expertise in evaluating technical tradeoffs affecting developer productivity.
- Fluent knowledge of AI tooling, build tooling, and open-source frameworks.
- Passion for creating empathetic developer workflows.
- Professional experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Background in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar fields.
- Deep understanding of automated testing infrastructure and CI/CD integration.
- Expertise in modern programming languages, especially Go, and Git workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
