Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design customer-specific product integrations across APIs, data flows, authentication, and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to the Delivery team throughout customer implementation.
- Partner with Tech Leads to break aligned scope into consolidated plans and surface dependencies.
- Scope and run proofs of concept and pilots that validate requirements and support successful implementation.
- Document technical context and enable customer and internal teams during handoff.
- Translate technical solutions for buyers and other business or clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in a high-growth, early-stage company.
- Ability to build demos, write integration code, and debug live issues hands-on.
- Fluency in systems, architecture, APIs, data flows, authentication, and infrastructure.
- Ability to translate customer business problems into practical technical solutions.
- Experience with discovery, requirements clarification, proof-of-concept scoping, and technical validation.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, demo, objection-handling, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfort with healthcare compliance and security topics including HIPAA, data handling, and audit requirements.
- Curiosity, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and ownership from pre-sales through implementation handoff.
