Base Salary
$175k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
- Design and engineer core agentic logic to optimize quality and reliability.
- Engineer and validate guardrails for safe and compliant agent performance.
- Architect and test integrations with customer systems, including APIs and workflows.
- Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.
- Diagnose and resolve technical failures through root-cause analysis.
- Design evaluation frameworks to validate agent behavior.
- Translate customer needs into internal documentation and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Native or business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong technical foundation with coding and API integration skills.
- Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions.
- Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
