Responsibilities
- Own the connector and service integration layer for AI workflows.
- Design and ship execution environments for agents and AI workflows.
- Build reusable platform services and self-service templates.
- Productize onboarding for developers and non-developers.
- Define and enforce technical standards for AI execution.
- Partner with Security and IT for deployable AI patterns.
- Manage the AI governance layer including access controls and audit trails.
- Set reliability and operational standards for AI infrastructure.
- Act as the technical escalation point for onboarding issues.
- Transform exception handling into repeatable processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and LLM-powered workflows.
- Direct experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, authentication, and deployment patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native systems, containers, and orchestration.
- Familiarity with AI governance controls and safe deployment standards.
- Ability to operate in both fast-moving and structured environments.
- Strong bias towards simplification and operational reliability.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
