Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business and IT leaders to define planning strategies.
- Architect scalable and high-performing Anaplan solutions aligned to customer goals.
- Apply critical thinking to uncover root causes and design innovative planning approaches.
- Translate business challenges into actionable roadmaps.
- Guide customers on best practices and long-term planning maturity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and success.
- Contribute to pre-sales solutioning and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management or enterprise planning solutions.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving excellence in diagnosing complex challenges.
- Expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Performance Management, or Workforce Planning.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive in fast-changing environments.
- Fluent in English and German.
