Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday HCM integrations.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop and maintain Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Custom Reports and Calculated Fields.
- Build integration transformations using XML and XSLT.
- Configure and maintain integration-related security, including Integration System Users and security groups.
- Perform Workday data loads, extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs with functional teams.
- Create technical design, integration specification, mapping, and deployment documentation.
- Develop integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, identity and access management, finance/ERP, recruiting, and third-party HR systems.
- Perform unit, system integration, regression, and deployment validation testing.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, reporting issues, data discrepancies, and production incidents.
- Monitor scheduled integrations and resolve errors within agreed SLAs.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, migration, and production-support activities.
- Perform Workday release impact analysis and implement required technical changes.
- Follow Workday development standards, security requirements, and change-management processes.
Requirements
- Required skill: Workday HCM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Listed certifications include AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I, ISTQB Certified Tester, and BUILD - DIGITAL MARKETING.
- Ability to perform Workday integration development, reporting, data transformation, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
