Base Salary
$138k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate systems for model validation, quantization, and safety.
- Develop and maintain model validation and security scanning pipelines for model quality, correctness, and vulnerability assessment.
- Implement quantization, pruning, and other optimization techniques to reduce model footprint and improve inference latency across hardware configurations.
- Build guardrail and content safety systems addressing compliance, jailbreaking, and prompt injection risks.
- Design model routing and prompt management infrastructure for intelligent handling across model variants.
- Contribute to model evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, performance, and safety throughout the model lifecycle.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics and Project Management, or Analytics.
- One year of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
- One year of experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Linux, Bash/Shell, log analysis, Python scripting and automation, web performance and caching troubleshooting, SSL/TLS, secure web delivery, root cause analysis, JavaScript, HTML, web debugging, global traffic routing, and edge diagnostics.
