Responsibilities
- Develop LWC, Apex, and Visualforce solutions on the Salesforce platform and document processes.
- Develop Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM components.
- Define and estimate project work packages, including system designs, testing, and implementation plans.
- Develop and configure Marketo event-management tools, including support for upgrades and migrations.
- Complete unit testing and coordinate with IS and business teams for efficient implementations.
- Provide rotating on-call support and resolve CRM incidents, enhancements, and maintenance tickets.
- Promote process, technical, and business-solution improvements and present technical concepts to business partners.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Salesforce platform experience focused on backend solutions using Apex and APIs, including system integration.
- Experience developing in Java and Web Services, with a solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Strong leadership, analytical, customer-service, written communication, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is preferred.
