Software Engineer II Workday Integrations

- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and enterprise systems, payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday integration solutions.
- Create and maintain integration documentation, including process flows and technical specifications.
- Manage integration testing and deployment, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure testing is thorough and complete.
- Monitor Workday releases and new features and evaluate and implement relevant functionality.
- Analyze current and future-state processes, recommend solutions, create transition plans, and implement and monitor change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR technology, focused on Workday integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, web services, and other integration tools.
- Experience integrating ADP Payroll Solutions such as GlobalView, Celergo, and Streamline using Workday PECI and other integration technologies.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to improve processes, structures, and team knowledge while analyzing complex environments and delivering recommendations.
- Ability to use judgment and creativity, assess proposed solutions, and determine effective paths forward.
- Ability to understand organizational, technological, and cultural change and align work with enterprise strategy.
