Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications and solutions using C#/.NET.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into efficient, scalable software solutions.
- Work with large datasets and complex data structures while maintaining data quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, database, and data-processing issues.
- Collaborate with software developers, regulatory analysts, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to application enhancements, performance improvements, system design, and ongoing product development.
- Participate in estimation, planning, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of large-scale regulatory data products and applications.
- Work independently on complex technical problems and contribute to long-term platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, object-oriented programming, and software development fundamentals.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting data-centric or data-driven applications.
- Experience with SQL, large datasets, and data processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand complex systems, data structures, business rules, and technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed development and product teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Database, ETL, data transformation, data-processing solutions, Git or other source-control systems, and technical documentation.
- Preferred experience with large-scale or multilingual datasets, big data technologies, data management practices, or regulatory, chemical, environmental, product stewardship, and compliance domains.
