Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the DevOps strategy for the Data+AI Infra team.
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tooling and self-service capabilities.
- Build consensus among DevOps Engineers across different geographies regarding tools and practices.
- Develop observability and detection capabilities to improve stability and agility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience for Senior level, 8-10 years for Staff level.
- Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
- Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-related tech stacks like vLLM, liteLLM, or Langfuse is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python, Golang, or Java.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering-related majors.
