Responsibilities
- Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Provide configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Review and analyze existing configurations for efficiency improvements.
- Develop requirements and execute test plans for ServiceNow.
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Research new feature enhancements and implement additional ServiceNow modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog and Change Management.
- Ability to lead projects following Agile methodology.
- Proficiency in JavaScript for custom scripting and integrations.
