Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and modify software applications or operating-system programs.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Document software solutions, specifications, project status, reports, flowcharts, layouts, and code comments.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on requirements, progress, delivery, quality, and risks.
- Respond to customer requests, track faults, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS and other reports on time and participate in ongoing training and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in the data domain.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to automate software validation and execute test cases or scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Strong documentation, reporting, customer communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages, current best practices, and complete relevant certifications.
