Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for the new agent desktop using React, TypeScript, and Nx, including AI coding agents in the daily workflow.
- Own well-scoped work end-to-end from implementation through testing and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain the team’s quality standards.
- Collaborate asynchronously with engineering, product, and design across distributed time zones.
- Contribute to planning and documentation through Jira, written documentation, and Slack.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with Jest and/or Playwright and an understanding of thorough test coverage.
- Ability to work autonomously on a small, fast-paced team and make reasonable decisions without constant direction.
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills in a remote, async-first, distributed environment.
- Prior experience using AI coding tools and willingness to continue developing those skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Ability to work hours overlapping with Pacific working hours and participate in on-call coverage.
