Responsibilities
- Build core ML systems for a proactive AI product.
- Own the end-to-end process: data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration.
- Transform research ideas into reliable production systems.
- Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
- Iterate quickly by shipping, measuring outcomes, and refining.
- Collaborate with research, product, and engineering teams.
- Mentor and review work from other ML engineers.
- Work under production constraints like latency, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
- Understanding of modern ML model behavior in production.
- Ability to write production-quality code and think in systems.
- Strong ownership and independent work ethic.
- Fast learner with clear communication skills.
