Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align applications with business objectives.
- Develop and integrate ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user-experience improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Document application processes and maintain technical specifications.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management and ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or Python scripting.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications.
- Experience with the ITIL framework is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education.
