Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, architect, test, and debug AI software applications and systems.
- Apply LLM and generative AI techniques to AI engineering projects.
- Lead engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps.
- Define and implement AI safety frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical direction and innovation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Google Cloud Platform, and system architecture.
- Experience leading engineering teams and driving technical roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
