Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Customer Service Management applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage application releases, version control, compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Use APIs, low-code platforms, workflows, and scripting to extend application capabilities.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM, CSM development, App Engine, Case Management, data migration, advanced workflow, and the ServiceNow Scripting API.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and customization in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience using APIs to integrate and extend platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Understanding of release management and version control processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
