Responsibilities
- Design, document, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Identify manual scenarios suitable for automation and expand automated test coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, utilities, and test scenarios using C# or JavaScript.
- Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines and analyze test results.
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and application changes against functional and technical requirements.
- Perform API testing and validate data flows between application components and external systems.
- Use SQL queries to validate application data, investigate defects, and verify expected system behavior.
- Document, track, retest, and communicate defects to support resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to identify risks, edge cases, and testability concerns.
- Improve testing standards, automation frameworks, test data, and QA processes.
- Support production incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Use approved AI-assisted tools for test design, automation, troubleshooting, and QA productivity while validating generated output.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated tests for web applications.
- Good programming skills in C# or JavaScript.
- Experience with a modern test automation framework such as Playwright or Selenium.
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience testing REST APIs using tools or automated frameworks.
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience validating data in relational databases.
- Experience with test management, defect tracking, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience running automated tests as part of build or deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of web technologies, client-server architecture, and distributed applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create clear, maintainable test scenarios.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex testing and automation tasks.
