Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Python-based Agentic AI solutions, including workflows, orchestration, tool calling, function routing, memory, state management, and multi-agent coordination.
- Define LLM-enabled solution patterns using prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and enterprise grounding.
- Evaluate and recommend Agentic AI frameworks based on complexity, maintainability, scalability, and enterprise readiness.
- Own integration design across APIs, microservices, and enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Appian, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Drive cloud and DevOps readiness across Azure, AWS, or GCP, including containerization, deployment governance, and infrastructure automation.
- Establish testing, observability, tracing, monitoring, LLM evaluation, performance, cost optimization, and production-support practices.
- Embed responsible AI, security, identity, compliance, data protection, OAuth, Azure AD, and enterprise risk controls into solution designs.
- Coach junior engineers, review designs and code, unblock technical delivery, and enable RDE POD members to work as T-shaped contributors.
Requirements
- BE/BTech degree.
- 8–12 years of professional experience.
- Strong Python engineering experience, including asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, scripting, and production-grade AI pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience developing GenAI and LLM solutions, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Practical understanding of Agentic AI patterns including orchestration, tool use, function calling, state management, memory, and multi-agent coordination.
- Working knowledge of integration, cloud, DevOps, testing, observability, responsible AI, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with full-stack development and enterprise API or microservice integration.
