Responsibilities
- Lead thoughtful software development work supporting healthcare initiatives.
- Implement software solutions within the healthcare industry.
- Determine effective methods for satisfying customer needs.
- Support Application R&D teams in delivering customer solutions.
- Create innovative software solutions for customers.
- Develop enterprise services and full-stack applications using Java/Kotlin, Spring MVC, Postgres, TypeScript, Angular or React, REST APIs, and reactive web technologies.
- Develop and maintain component libraries and interface with services through REST APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Java/Kotlin enterprise developer using Spring MVC and Postgres or a similar database.
- At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack engineer using TypeScript and Angular or React, preferably with EMR integration.
- Experience developing reactive web applications and component libraries.
- Experience developing and interfacing with services through REST APIs.
- Experience with Agile teams and strong test automation is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both user-level and technical audiences.
- Unit testing experience with tools such as Karma or Jasmine is preferred.
- Experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications, preferably AWS, is preferred.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland without sponsorship for employment visa status.
