Base Salary
$214k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of accessible React and TypeScript experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
- Build and evolve scalable frontend architecture, including independently deployable and micro-frontend surfaces.
- Partner with product, design, backend, platform, and AI teams to clarify requirements, integration needs, and delivery dependencies.
- Integrate shared platform capabilities and service-backed features into reliable user experiences.
- Adopt enterprise design systems and promote reusable components and shared patterns.
- Drive unit and end-to-end testing, code reviews, performance improvements, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
- Lead release, refactoring, and stabilization efforts while mentoring engineers and contributing to technical planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, master’s degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years.
- 8+ years of frontend development experience building production-grade web applications and sophisticated enterprise workflows.
- Professional experience with React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, large-scale monorepos, pnpm or Yarn workspaces, and scalable frontend architecture.
- Professional experience with micro-frontend patterns and Module Federation, including tradeoff analysis for shared capabilities and host applications.
- Experience with enterprise design systems, component-driven development, accessibility, responsive UI, and data-rich workflow interfaces is preferred.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, release-supporting CI/CD practices, and complex routing, table, filtering, drill-down, and timeline patterns is preferred.
- Experience troubleshooting across browser, API, authentication, and deployment boundaries, plus familiarity with analytics, monitoring, or observability tools, is preferred.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs and experience leading through code review, technical planning, mentoring, documentation, and engineering-practice improvements are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
