Base Salary
$217k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of reusable UI components for the design system using ReactJS/TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define the vision for the UI component library.
- Architect and design scalable UI component frameworks with a next-generation build system.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and ensuring code quality.
- Continuously improve the performance, accessibility, and usability of UI components.
Requirements
- 8+ to 12+ years of professional experience in front-end and UI engineering with a focus on ReactJS.
- Deep mastery of JavaScript, CSS, Semantic HTML, and data visualization libraries like D3.
- Strong understanding of front-end build tools, package managers, and version control systems.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
