Base Salary
$130k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust customer-facing interactive web applications.
- Drive frontend technical vision and architectural decisions while mentoring other engineers.
- Collaborate with API teams, Product, QA, and UI/UX to deliver seamless and effective web applications.
- Maintain code quality, performance, scalability, observability, security, and user experience standards.
- Support FDA regulatory compliance through documentation, quality assurance processes, and adherence to applicable standards.
- Contribute to innovation, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as Vue.js, JavaScript, React, or Angular.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
- Successful collaboration experience with product management and design teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of web security best practices and experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with or willingness to learn FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical software.
- Vue.js and its ecosystem experience, AWS proficiency, regulated-industry experience, and familiarity with medical imaging or healthcare technologies are preferred.
