Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
- Partner with product designers to translate mockups into production-quality code.
- Establish and maintain front-end patterns and a shared component library.
- Advocate for design quality and consistency across the product.
- Use Claude and similar AI coding tools, agent loops, tool use, and context engineering to ship code efficiently.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Strong eye for design detail and interaction quality.
- Experience partnering directly with designers to implement user interfaces.
- Experience building design systems or component libraries is preferred.
- Background in visual or interaction design is preferred.
