Base Salary
$149k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces.
- Partner with product design to translate mockups into production-quality code.
- Establish and maintain front-end patterns and a shared component library.
- Advocate for design quality and consistency across the product.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience.
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
- Strong attention to design detail and interaction quality.
- Experience partnering directly with designers to implement UI.
- Ability to use Claude and similar AI coding tools, agent loops, tool use, and grounded context engineering to ship code quickly.
- Preferred: experience building design systems or component libraries.
- Preferred: background in visual or interaction design.
