Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure services supporting software applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues affecting software performance.
- Contribute to service lifecycle management, incident management, monitoring, reliability, and availability activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate with stakeholders on development activities and timelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Experience managing and optimizing infrastructure services for software applications.
- Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues affecting software performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and monitoring solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
