Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Implement Terraform Infrastructure as Code for automated provisioning and environment management.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated checks and validations before deployment.
- Develop primarily Python-based automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability.
- Embed quality, security, and compliance controls into delivery pipelines using DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Monitor platform performance and contribute to observability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to support data and AI platform delivery.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on cloud and DevOps experience.
- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines, such as with GitHub Actions.
- Strong scripting and automation capability, with Python preferred.
- Experience embedding automated quality or validation controls into deployment pipelines.
- Comfort working in Agile and DevOps environments and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience.
