Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Design and implement complex technical solutions and integrations.
- Act as a conduit between Braze and customer engineering teams.
- Document best-in-class solutions for future automation.
- Maximize customer adoption and retention through effective implementation.
- Engage with customers to understand their goals and technical requirements.
- Facilitate technical onboarding and complex integrations.
- Translate strategic solutions into actionable technical steps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical needs.
- Document technical requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong technical experience managing complex customer environments.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical engagements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proactive and resourceful with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional technical depth in designing complex data architectures.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
