Base Salary
$125k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new features, APIs, and products.
- Collaborate with engineers to ship code and solve complex technical problems.
- Architect and design highly scalable and reliable products.
- Build and maintain documentation for a growing remote organization.
- Solve complex problems involving money movement, sensitive financial data, and novel financial mechanics at scale.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-impacting solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product-facing backend development.
- Strong track record of delivering high-impact features and products.
- Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing APIs.
- Curiosity about emerging AI tooling and practical experience using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.
- Ability to work proactively and execute in a fast-moving environment.
