Responsibilities
- Build and deploy customer- and campsite-facing website features using Vue.js.
- Work with team members and the Product Owner to design and develop UI and UX improvements.
- Contribute to frontend architecture, design documents, technical discussions, and development plans.
- Improve frontend development practices and help modernize the organization’s approach to web development.
Requirements
- At least 3–5+ years of frontend development experience, ideally in a scaling business.
- Demonstrable proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of adaptive and responsive website development.
- Experience testing frontend code with frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Chai.
- Familiarity with frontend workflow and tooling such as Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman, and Yarn.
- Ability to solve problems systematically and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, work independently, and plan and prioritize work.
- Experience working as part of an Agile development team.
- Knowledge of the OTA sector is desirable.
- Familiarity with modern frontend development techniques, including BFFs and micro-frontends, is desirable.
- Experience working with internal and third-party APIs is desirable.
- A degree in a related discipline is desirable.
