Responsibilities
- Build and operate Betclic’s CI/CD platform, including GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, and elastic capacity.
- Develop integration components around GitHub, Jira, monitoring, and code analysis tools.
- Embed software supply-chain security, secrets management, scanning, and quality gates into default engineering workflows.
- Test, validate, and iterate on agentic workflows and help shape company-wide AI usage practices.
- Work directly with engineering tribes to identify productivity issues and guide product development.
- Measure engineering delivery across the company and apply TDD, automated testing, continuous deployment, and observability to the team’s own products.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building and operating production infrastructure, including being a point of contact when systems break.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, with comfortable coding ability in at least one programming language.
- Experience with developer tooling or platform engineering, or ownership of pipelines within a product engineering team.
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants, agents, or automation, including understanding their benefits and failure modes.
- Ability to drive adoption by understanding users’ needs and convincing engineers to use internal tools.
- Professional English proficiency.
