Responsibilities
- Validate business and functional requirements and prepare or update test cases.
- Create test data and execute functional and system behavior tests.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts and scalable automation frameworks.
- Test API and web applications, including load and performance testing.
- Report testing outcomes, quality metrics, project status, and defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, QA leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage assigned testing activities independently and resolve testing issues.
- Participate in peer reviews and promote software quality best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in test scenario creation, test case design, and test preparation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and test automation using Java or Python.
- Ability to design and implement scalable frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience testing API and web applications, including load and performance testing.
- Knowledge or experience with SQL.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance principles, software testing lifecycles, and defect tracking.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience independently managing testing activities and working with large-scale, complex, business-critical enterprise applications.
