Base Salary
$131k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Guide global systems integrators through solution envisioning, architecture design, development, activation, and customer wins.
- Lead technical innovation workshops, technology briefings, envisioning sessions, architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds.
- Provide strategic sales enablement by resolving technical blockers, enhancing solution designs, and supporting transformational deals.
- Ensure partner solutions are robust, scalable, secure, performant, cost-efficient, and aligned with Microsoft Cloud and AI best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to accelerate emerging technology adoption and shape partner offerings.
- Build strategic technical relationships with partners and executive stakeholders, including CXOs.
- Track and report business impact using Microsoft internal tools and publish reusable knowledge assets.
- Identify opportunities and drive repeatable technical solutions and pre-sales initiatives that support business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 6+ years of experience leading technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is $130,900-$251,900 per year, with a separate range for certain San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
