Base Salary
$98k - $233k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions.
- Develop or review integration strategies and technical specifications aligned with ERP and enterprise architecture objectives.
- Design complex Oracle Integration Cloud integrations using Oracle, FTP, database, SOAP, and REST adapters.
- Define solution footprints for proposals, discovery sessions, and client engagements.
- Provide implementation options, evaluate technical innovations, and support strategic business capabilities.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore configuration and development activities.
- Work with project managers on scope, timelines, resources, risks, and project plans.
- Mentor Leads and Analysts and contribute to Capgemini Oracle Cloud communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10–12 years of experience developing solutions with Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud Service, and Oracle PaaS.
- Experience delivering at least 3–4 Oracle Cloud or multi-pillar projects.
- Experience developing multi-screen VBCS applications from scratch.
- Extensive experience with OIC integrations, Oracle adapters, FTP adapters, database adapters, and SOAP/REST adapters.
- Experience with OTBI and BIP reports used in OIC integrations.
- Knowledge of ATP databases and SQL/PLSQL.
- Experience designing Oracle Cloud solutions involving complementary vendors, boundary-system integrations, and business requirements.
- Working knowledge of cloud configuration and Oracle SCM, Finance, and HCM integrations.
- Strong consulting, business analysis, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and work in global or international environments.
