Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure user platforms are intuitive and reliable.
- Find, enhance, or build productivity and collaboration systems for HRTers.
- Lead and manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Build features like SCIM, config management, and self-service interfaces.
- Manage user identities and access policies across various systems.
- Integrate in-house and third-party systems to customize HRT's ecosystem.
- Automate processes to reduce manual operations.
- Enable proactive service delivery beyond self-service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT engineering.
- Proficient in Python programming and regular coding experience.
- Strong design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud platform APIs for integration.
- Familiarity with managing enterprise software deployments, including SSO and SCIM.
- Basic familiarity with Linux and command line navigation.
