Base Salary
$119k - $203k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and optimization of ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities, generative AI workflows, virtual agents, intelligent automation, and predictive insights.
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions, custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, portals, and web-based user experiences.
- Collaborate with customer product owners to deliver scalable, standards-based solutions for federal programs.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, defect resolution, and production issue troubleshooting.
- Ensure configurations and customizations meet federal security and compliance requirements.
- Enhance CSM knowledge enablement through Knowledge Base integration, taxonomy improvements, and self-service optimization.
- Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
- At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- At least 6 years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States and perform the work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Now Assist or ServiceNow AI capabilities, federal government programs, Service Portal, UI Builder, user experience design, ITSM or CSM modules, the ServiceNow data model, and performance optimization preferred.
- Experience supporting DevSecOps-aligned Agile teams and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills preferred.
