Base Salary

$233k - $321k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for the enterprise back-office ecosystem, including Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Zip, Xactly, and Ironclad.
Design, code, and deploy reusable application integrations and services using Workato or similar enterprise iPaaS tooling.
Architect scalable cross-platform workflows and streamline data flows across GTM, legal compliance, Hire-to-Retire, billing, and financial systems.
Lead process modernization and integration simplification to reduce operational friction and manual work.
Deploy AI/LLM connectors and workflow automation within corporate business applications.
Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, and GTM to define technical requirements and end-to-end system designs.
Architect automated SOX, ITGC, and segregation-of-duties controls within applications and integration pipelines.
Mentor business systems analysts and engineers on architecture, integration practices, and technical problem-solving.

15+ years of progressive technical experience in enterprise applications engineering, particularly corporate back-office systems.
Hands-on technical architecture and engineering experience with Workday and integrations involving NetSuite, Zuora, Zip, Xactly, and Ironclad.
Experience writing detailed technical specifications, designing error-handling frameworks, and executing complex software rollouts.
Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns and hands-on experience building workflows with Workato or similar enterprise iPaaS platforms.
Strong scripting and coding skills.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, IT General Controls, and segregation of duties, with experience embedding automated controls into application and integration designs.
Proven experience applying generative AI, LLM frameworks, or intelligent automation to business application workflows.
Deep understanding of Finance, HR, and Legal processes and knowledge of upstream GTM platforms such as Salesforce.
Exceptional communication skills across both technical engineering and executive stakeholder audiences.

Base pay range is $233,360.00-$320,870.00 USD annually, with potential equity and/or bonus eligibility.
