Responsibilities
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
- Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Support Windows/Linux infrastructure and application environments.
- Manage source code and configurations through Git-based version control.
- Support application releases across development, UAT, and production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and platform issues.
- Support BI and reporting platform administration, upgrades, and deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Contribute to platform automation, standardization, reliability improvements, and audit issue remediation.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve business problems while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience as a DevOps or SRE professional.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or uDeploy.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux/Unix environments.
- Exposure to Azure, GCP, or AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Exposure to Jira and Agile/DevOps working practices.
- Experience with or exposure to Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of deploying microservices.
- Experience with Artifactory and uDeploy is desirable.
- Exposure to Terraform or Ansible is desirable.
- Knowledge of SQL and BI reporting frameworks is desirable.
- Understanding of networking, certificates, and service accounts.
- Relevant Azure, GCP, AWS, or DevOps certification is desirable.
- Ability to use critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
