Base Salary
$190k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advance the MCP server by adding new capabilities and integrations.
- Build agentic developer tools for generating Sanity apps and studios.
- Design and run evaluation suites to measure improvements and catch regressions.
- Create rich React interfaces on top of the MCP protocol for platforms like ChatGPT.
- Move across the stack, designing tools and polishing components.
- Apply prompt engineering to diagnose model failures and improve performance.
- Ship production AI features using clean, well-tested TypeScript.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Based in San Francisco/Bay Area, able to work in-office at least 2 days a week.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience shipping AI-powered code to production.
- Active use of MCP in your development workflow.
- Fluency in the current AI landscape and tools.
- Curiosity and a passion for experimenting in the AI space.
- Strong intuition for prompt engineering and model behavior.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
