Responsibilities
- Lead initial triaging, escalation, and incident response efforts.
- Investigate security incidents and create detections across various environments.
- Utilize SIEM, EDR, and other security tools for real-time threat detection.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and provide recommendations for security improvements.
- Collaborate with threat intelligence and detection engineering teams.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and threat landscape trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in forensics, incident response, or security operations.
- Strong experience with Linux and MacOS systems.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and securing containerized environments.
- Knowledge of modern security tools such as SIEM and EDR.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
