Responsibilities
- Build and evolve agentic AI applications and agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure-native services.
- Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration logic for complex, multi-step tasks.
- Develop full-stack AI experiences, backend services, secure APIs, microservices, and integration layers.
- Build serverless and stateful orchestration components using Azure Functions and Durable Functions.
- Implement queue- and event-driven processing for reliable, asynchronous workflows.
- Create ADLS-based ingestion, storage, processing, and data-grounding pipelines.
- Implement vector retrieval, knowledge stores, indexing, and retrieval-performance improvements.
- Build LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation pipelines and use scoring insights to improve AI system quality.
- Instrument systems with logging, metrics, telemetry, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Deliver runtime security, access controls, governance, and Agent 365-aligned lifecycle controls.
- Operate production AI solutions, including incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability, performance, and cost improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years in a global IT environment working across multiple disciplines to deliver projects aligned with customer needs.
- 3+ years of global delivery or transformation experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure programs.
- 3+ years of experience in a global operations environment.
- Strong hands-on development experience in Python, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience building API-driven services and integrating distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry for enterprise generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure Functions, including Durable Functions or equivalent orchestration patterns.
- Experience implementing asynchronous queue and event-driven messaging patterns.
- Experience with ADLS for data ingestion, storage, and processing.
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services or Azure AI Services.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases or vector search and enterprise deployment patterns.
- Experience implementing LLM-as-a-Judge or equivalent automated evaluation approaches.
- Experience with Agent 365-style lifecycle management, governance, monitoring, observability, and access controls.
- Experience delivering runtime security, access control, monitoring, and runtime protection capabilities.
- Python certification, Azure AI Services certification, and Azure Data Services certification are required.
- Experience integrating AI services with Power Platform or ServiceNow is a preferred qualification.
