Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, deploy, and operate backend services using Java and Spring frameworks.
- Implement and consume REST APIs and collaborate with Angular teams to integrate backend services.
- Deploy and operate applications in OpenShift environments.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration activities.
- Analyze incidents and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices-based architectures.
- Knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
- Experience with Docker containers and OpenShift platforms.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Proficiency with Git or comparable version-control tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Angular, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Spark, Databricks, or Cloudera is nice to have.
