Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute significantly to the engineering and delivery of end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Develop robust, scalable, user-friendly products using a product-focused and iterative approach.
- Build foundational capabilities in artificial intelligence, large language models, and agentic workflows.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption and integration of Generative AI solutions across applications and processes.
- Provide technical direction, promote engineering best practices, and support organizational cultural change.
- Collaborate with technology teams, diverse stakeholders, and third-party providers to evaluate and adopt solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems and integrations.
- Develop project artifacts and support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise systems.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience and fluency in two or more programming languages, with a strong preference for Python and Java.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in financial services, technology firms, or dynamic startup environments.
- At least 3 years of experience with language models, transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
- At least 3 years of experience with Spring, Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, and MLFlow or comparable relevant frameworks.
- At least 3 years of database technology experience, including technologies such as Oracle, Postgres, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Kafka or JMS/MQ, React JS or StreamLit, REST and WebSocket APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure tools, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong experience with high-performance distributed systems, Agile delivery, product management, value stream methodologies, and scalable system implementation.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as CoPilot or Devin.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, learning, and organizational navigation skills.
