Base Salary
$119k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack application development and solution design.
- Develop scalable React applications and Java/Spring Boot backend services.
- Manage and mentor onshore-offshore development teams.
- Drive Agile delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience.
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with responsive UI development, state management, and enterprise application delivery.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and team mentoring skills.
- Experience with code reviews, CI/CD, engineering best practices, and distributed Agile delivery.
