Responsibilities
- Drive innovation across the ABS+ product by identifying and implementing modern technologies and intelligent solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend, backend, database, and enterprise integration components.
- Build and enhance .NET APIs, business services, and enterprise integrations.
- Design reusable, maintainable, high-performing application architectures.
- Design and implement AI use cases, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and AI integrations for enterprise applications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend product improvements.
- Optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and application performance.
- Support cloud, platform, framework, and database upgrade initiatives.
- Drive DevOps automation and engineering best practices.
- Investigate complex technical issues and provide sustainable solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams while maintaining quality, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full stack development experience using .NET and modern frontend technologies.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development.
- Experience with scalable and maintainable applications, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, Large Language Models, AI-driven software solutions, prompt engineering, AI agents, and agentic AI.
- Ability to design and implement AI use cases that create measurable business value.
- Knowledge of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows.
- Awareness of responsible AI, security, and data privacy principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, business-requirements translation, and English communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in banking or financial services, Angular or TypeScript, Azure and Azure AI Services, AI frameworks, database migrations, SQL Server upgrades, backup and disaster recovery, monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and Agile/Scrum.
