Responsibilities
- Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms for chat, conferencing, file sharing, and workflow automation.
- Apply DevOps practices to automate deployments and workflows.
- Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards for platform health monitoring.
- Apply SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on collaboration features, emerging technologies, AI, and automation.
Requirements
- Background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with DevOps and SRE practices.
- Exposure to collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zoom.
- Strong problem-solving, curiosity, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Nice-to-have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, or Terraform.
- Internship or project experience with collaboration or conferencing platforms is advantageous.
- Hackathon, open-source, or personal automation project participation is advantageous.
