Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and execute test cases for assigned Salesforce projects.
- Perform hands-on manual testing and remain accountable for high-quality QA delivery.
- Use AI tools to support QA tasks.
- Collaborate with development, configuration management, program management, product management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Create and define risks, contingencies, and plans.
- Provide concise and clear status updates to higher management.
- Maintain effective working relationships across project teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant manual testing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology.
- Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and issue-tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce business analyst exposure, Salesforce automation testing experience, and Salesforce Administrator certification.
